Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Vadhu Var Matrimony mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Introduction
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you, the User, and the Vadhu Var Matrimony ("Company") for the use of the App and the services provided therein. The App is intended to connect individuals with Matrimony Communities for matrimonial purposes. By registering on the App and using its features, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety.
It is important to read these Terms thoroughly before using the App. Any use of the App constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
Ethical Use: Both the User and the Matrimony Community agree to use the App in a lawful and ethical manner. You shall not engage in any illegal activity or actions that violate the rights of others, including, but not limited to, using the App for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities such as:
Misrepresentation or impersonation of any individual or entity;
Unauthorized distribution of any content obtained through the App;
Harassment, abuse, or any behavior that causes harm to others;
Violation of the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Account Registration
Account Creation: In order to access certain features of the App, both the User and the Matrimony Community are required to create an account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not.
Account Maintenance: You agree to promptly update your account information to ensure it is accurate and complete. You are responsible for any unauthorized access to your account that occurs due to a failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for Services: The User is required to make payments for accessing paid services provided by Vadhu Var Matrimony and the Matrimony Communities they join. Payment is collected on behalf of the Matrimony Community at the time of registration, and the funds will be processed and paid to the bank account provided by the Matrimony Community during sign-up.
Payment Processing:
Transactions made between the 1st and 10th day of each month will be processed on the 15th of the month.
Transactions made between the 10th and 20th day of each month will be processed on the 25th of the month.
Transactions made between the 20th and 30th day of each month will be processed on the 5th of the following month.
Payment Gateway: Payments will be processed through third-party, reputable payment gateways.
5. App Availability and Use
Availability: The App will be available for use subject to maintenance and updates. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend the App at any time without prior notice.
Device Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements for accessing and using the App, including the correct operating system version. The App may be unavailable or limited on certain devices or operating systems.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content within the App, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and graphics, is the property of Vadhu Var Matrimony or its licensors. The User acknowledges that the content is protected by intellectual property laws, and the App is licensed to the User on a non-transferable, non-exclusive basis.
License Grant: The User is granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any of its components without prior written consent from the Company.
7. Termination of Service
Account Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User's account or access to the Matrimony Community at its discretion, without notice, if there is a violation of these Terms or any misuse of the App’s features.
Matrimony Community Termination: If the Matrimony Community violates any of the Terms or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Community’s access to the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including, but not limited to, any errors in content, loss of data, or financial losses incurred. The User agrees to use the App at their own risk.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services, such as payment gateways and analytics tools. The Company does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their practices. You agree to comply with any applicable terms and policies of third-party services used within the App.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between the User and the Matrimony Community will be resolved by the Vadhu Var Matrimony team. The final decision regarding any such dispute rests with the Company. The jurisdiction for resolving any disputes shall be Bhokar - 438101.
11. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. The User will be notified of any material changes via the App or through other communication channels. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
